📝 How to Download Your Instagram Data
1. Access Settings
Open Instagram → Go to 'Settings and activity' → Search for 'Download your information'
2. Find Download Option
Click on 'Download or transfer information' → Select your account → Choose 'Some of your information'
3. Select the Required Info
Scroll down to 'Connections' and select 'Followers and following' → Choose 'Download to device'
4. Submit & Wait
Set date range: 'All time', format: 'JSON' → Click on 'Create files' → Wait for email (usually takes 5 minutes)
💡 Important
- Select the "Followers and following" in the data options under "Connections"
- Choose the 'Format' as JSON and not HMTL
- For best results, select 'Date range' as 'All time'
- You'll receive an email when your data is ready to download
